Shane is a Partner in the firm’s Phoenix assurance services department. Shane has 13 years
of experience providing professional assurance and consulting services to public and private
companies. He brings significant expertise in the areas of accounting and auditing, SEC
reporting, and internal control over financial reporting. Shane’s past experience includes a broad mix of
assurance services as well as business advisory and consulting services. Most of his experience has been in the
consumer industrial products industry and construction industry including government contracting. Shane has
developed a thorough understanding of the accounting business implication of contracting in a variety of areas
including engineering projects to design major broadband and fiber-optic networks, telecommunications systems
integration, the design, construction, installation and maintenance of physical facilities, structural concrete
construction of highway bridges and overpasses, and the paving of highways and airport runways, as well as the
development and marketing of high technology components for the U.S. Government. Additional experience
includes high technology, software, and rental and leasing. Clients rely on Shane for advice on technical
accounting, reporting, and other matters affecting manufacturing and service oriented companies. Shane
received a B.S. degree in Accounting from Bowling Green State University and an M.B.A. from W. P. Carey
School of Business. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Arizona and a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and Beta Gamma Sigma.
