Jack is a partner and leads HHM’s SEC Practice as well as the Forensic Business Valuation
Team, and he co-leads the Audit Department. Jack helped establish the firm’s Peer Review
Practice. Jack’s credibility has qualified him as an expert witness in federal and state courts.
He graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. degree in Accounting. He is a member of the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants, National
Association of Valuation Analysts, Business Valuation Research Institute, Association of Certified Fraud
