Dick is a principal in the Wexford, Pennsylvania office of Hill, Barth & King LLC and has been
with the firm since 2000. Dick has extensive experience in accounting, tax and business
valuations. Dick provides accounting services to a wide range of industries, including
construction contractors, wholesale, retail, automobile dealerships, computer related services,
manufacturing, professional services and non-profit organizations. He graduated from Grove City College with a
BS degree in accounting and obtained an MBA degree in Finance from University of Pittsburgh. Dick is a
member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public
Accountants, National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and Construction Financial Management
Association. He serves as Treasurer for the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation - Pittsburgh Chapter, Finance
Chairman of the Catholic Cemeteries Association, member of the Board of Trustees of the Catholic Cemeteries
Association and basketball coach for St. Alexis.
