Tim has over nine years of public accounting experience. Prior to joining Rodefer Moss, he
gained six years of experience in the financial services industry. Tim is a graduate of the
University of Kentucky where he earned a BS degree in Accounting. At Rodefer Moss, he
provides tax and financial planning and compliance services to construction companies
ranging from less than $1 million to in excess of $300 million in annual revenues. His industry expertise includes
construction, employee benefit plans, manufacturing and general income taxation. Tim was a member of the
inaugural class to receive the Certified Construction Financial Professional designation from the Institute of
Certified Construction Financial Professionals. He is an employee benefit plan auditor and compliance specialist,
with an active role in more than a dozen regional plans. Tim has served as “acting controller” for extended
periods of time for both manufacturing and non-profit enterprises and performed financial due diligence work on
the cost structure for various subcontracts relating to the “World Trade Center Disaster Recovery Project.”
