Brian joined Ryan & Wetmore in 1994 upon completion of his degree in accounting from
Pennsylvania State University. He became a partner in the firm in January of 1999. He now
manages the firm’s office in Frederick. Throughout his time at Ryan & Wetmore, Brian has
developed expertise in several areas. They include the accounting and tax areas of
construction companies, health care organizations and not-for-profit organizations, as well as assisting clients
with their information technology needs. In addition to being a licensed CPA in Maryland, he is also involved with
many organizations on both the local and national level. Brian serves as treasurer of the National CPA Health
Care Advisors Association (HCAA) and is active in other aspects of the organization. He is also a member of the
American Institute of CPAs and the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce.
